

Some patients describe their problems this way: ”Nothing really good ever happens to me,” “I can’t create a good relationship. I am not even sure, that a relationship is for me at all! I don’t trust people! I just have no luck in my life!”
What we say is a reflection of our inner programmes. Should we be surprised that if we send constant message to our subconscious mind saying:„I can’t, I don’t want” , inner mind like a magic wand will make it true for us?
Some wise man said tat we don’t see the reality the way it is but our perception of the reality (through our inner filters)
If our filters are not so good how we can resolve the problem?
Watching your inner dialogue will be a good exercise,, what do you say to yourself every day? Do you liked what you have observed? If not change the negative thoughts into the positive ones.
And practise the art of changing negative pictures in mind into the positive and proceed with this every day...
