  1. I cannot log in. I have checked my login and password and both are correct?
    Once you submit your registration form the auto-generated email with the activation link is sent to the email address you provided in the form. Your account will be fully activated only when you click on this link to confirm your registration.

  2. How can I add a picture to my profile?
    You need to log in to your account and select 'My profile' tab. On the right hand side of the screen you will see the 'add / change photo' option.

  3. I cannot add a picture to my profile, what shall I do?
    Attached photo cannot be bigger than 1MB in size and it cannot be bigger than 1600 x 1200 in format. If your picture is too big, then you can easily make it smaller using MS Paint, which is available on each PC with Windows operating system. In order to modify your picture please open it in MS Paint, go to Image -> Resize/Skew and modify its size by entering the same % value for horizontal and vertical change. Then please save your picture and try to upload it to your profile.

  4. I made a mistake in my date of birth, how can I change it?
    Once you completed you registration you will not be able to change your date of birth. If you would like to have your date of bith changed please use the contact form to send us your correct date of birth accompanied by your login.

  5. I would like to change my login, how can I do that?
    Unfortunately your login is the unique identifier in PolishDating and can not be changed at any stage.

  6. How can I delete my profile from PolishDating?
    You need to log in to your account and select 'Account settings' tab. Then select 'delete account' option and type in your password to confirm.

  7. How can I pay for Premium account?
    You can subscribe to Premium account using any payment card accepted in UK, Ireland and Poland. We accept both debit and credit cards. The payments will be transferred through a payment system - Moneybookers.

  8. Are my card number, home address and telephone number details safe with you?
    Yes. Your data is stored on very secure servers, protected with advanced security systems. We use the latest technology in order to protect your transactions. In addition, we occasionally verify the transaction by sending a verification code to your mobile phone number - you will need to use this code in order to authorize the transaction

    Currently, we do not accept payments via sms or direct bank transfers

    Each change you make to your profile must be accepted by the moderator, who ensures the proper and secure functioning of the website. This may take up to few hours.
